Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC seeks a Vice President of Land Acquisition in Boynton Beach, FL to lead a team in sourcing and structuring land deals that fuel company growth.

You will manage relationships with brokers, developers, financiers, landowners and municipal partners to build a robust acquisition pipeline and optimize deal value. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of land acquisition experience, with strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a valid driver's license.

You and your team will identify these acquisition opportunities through your contacts with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses required. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
