Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Land Acquisition to lead our land acquisition strategy and pipeline development. You will partner with senior leaders to identify and present land deals that support growth and long-term value creation.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses required. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
