Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager in the Dallas area to lead land opportunities and drive growth.

The role involves identifying acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, landowners, and officials, presenting deals to senior leaders, and performing financial and market analyses. A minimum of 4 years in land acquisition, strong negotiation, and MS Office proficiency are required. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials.
• Present land deals to senior leadership to drive company growth.
• Prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses and market analyses.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and travel as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills are necessary. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
