Job summary

Rite-Hite Company, a global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks to fill a Vice President, Business Relationship Management role. The position partners with the Business ELT to align technology with strategic goals and deliver high-value outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of BRMs, BAs, and IT Support, translate business needs into roadmaps, and drive delivery while maintaining a single point of contact for business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, business consulting, BRM, or related strategic roles.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to shape strategy and deliver tech-enabled outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
• Strong background in project/portfolio management and enterprise tech environments.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading large teams and developing talent in cross-functional settings.
• Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and extension of Business ELT members.
• Partner with ELT on strategy, business cases, KPI development, and prioritization.
• Cocreate technical roadmaps with business and IT leaders that support long-term objectives.
• Provide input to operating plans, resource planning, and technology investment decisions.
• Lead BRMs, BAs, and IT Support teams to translate needs into roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT strategies, projects, and capabilities.
• Oversee delivery of initiatives across systems, data, cybersecurity, and new technology.
