Job summary

Alexander Technology Group seeks a Vice President of IT & Security to lead technology strategy and day-to-day operations in the Greater Boston area. This senior role reports to the executive team and balances hands-on technical work with strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will own technology and security outcomes, work with MSPs/MSSPs, and drive AI adoption while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance. Onsite 5 days/week in Greater Boston.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leader with lean, high-performing environment experience.
• Experience guiding technology and cybersecurity strategy at executive level.
• Track record managing MSP/MSSP relationships and vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Serve as primary technology advisor to executive leadership.
• Oversee IT operations and manage MSP/MSSP partnerships.
• Lead cybersecurity program including incident response and governance.
