Qualifications

• Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.

Responsibilities

• Performs initiatives related to UAT process and product rollout into production.
• Manages IT Quality teams or a functional area.
• Resolves complex and variable issues; analyzes trends to improve processes.
• Develops and designs standards and procedures for SDLC adherence.
• Manages budgeting, planning, and policy formulation within IT Quality.
