Job summary
REGENXBIO Inc. seeks a seasoned Vice President of Information Technology to set enterprise IT strategy and execute it across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and digital enablement.
You’ll partner with executives to enable clinical development, commercialization readiness, and scalable operations. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of tech leadership in regulated environments, strong governance, and experience building high‑performing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; MBA preferred for senior leadership.
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership in regulated environments.
- Experience leading IT for biotechnology, pharma, or life sciences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise IT strategy aligned with clinical development and commercialization.
- Advise executives on technology investments, risks, and sequencing for growth.
- Lead governance, architecture standards, and portfolio prioritization for IT.
- Oversee cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data/analytics, and end-user services.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives responsibly to create business value.
