Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems in Niwot, Colorado, seeks a hands-on executive to lead global IT and Digital initiatives. The Vice President will drive ERP rollout, strengthen cybersecurity maturity, and shape AI strategy across products and services.

You will partner with the President, Spectris CIO and KKR to align technology with investor expectations, build a high-performing team, and deliver value through data, analytics and innovative IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field; 10–15+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven success leading full-cycle ERP implementations (Infor, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Experience building cybersecurity programs and managing audits.
• Leadership of IT across global manufacturing sites and strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT and Digital strategy aligned to Spectris Group and KKR value-creation objectives.
• Own delivery of the group-wide ERP implementation (Infor), launching Q3 2027.
• Set PMS’s AI strategy and governance to grow revenue and improve efficiency.
• Lead ERP rollout across all sites; ensure reliability of IT infrastructure globally.
• Develop enterprise data strategy and KPI dashboards; enable real-time decision-making.
• Build and lead AI Enablement capability within IT and manage change.
