Job summary
Principal Mineral is seeking a visionary Vice President, Digital & Information Technology to lead the transformation of its global technology organization into a modern, data-driven partner to the business.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this executive will partner with leaders across manufacturing, engineering, commercial, finance, and operations to develop the technology, data, and digital capabilities that enable growth, operational excellence, and future acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proven ability to build and scale technology organizations and partner with business leaders.
- Strong data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities; track record of driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global technology and data strategy aligned to growth and acquisitions.
- Lead modernization of ERP, cloud infra, and cybersecurity to support scale.
- Develop and mentor high-performing technology teams and establish governance disciplines.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and commercial leaders to accelerate productivity and innovation.
