Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Director of IT Asset Management to establish the vision and execution framework across SAM, HAM, and APM. You will partner with Infrastructure, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Procurement to optimize licensing, lifecycle management, and asset governance.

In this role, you will lead enterprise asset data governance, define multi-year roadmaps, and sponsor executive-level programs to improve cost efficiency, risk posture, and regulatory compliance across the bank's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with extensive ITAM experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers and enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM, SAM, HAM, and APM frameworks.
• Experience leading governance, compliance, audits, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise ITAM strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Provide executive sponsorship for SAM, HAM, and APM programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Risk, and Compliance on lifecycle policies.
• Lead governance forums, dashboards, and KPI reporting for asset health.
• Partner with architecture and IT teams to align asset data with business goals.
