The role focuses on growing the client base, leading the sales pipeline, improving operations, and delivering high-quality support to existing clients within a 4:1 hybrid work model at the NYC office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in wealth/asset management and/or quantitative finance.
• Excellent analytical ability with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Engage in market research, outbound marketing initiatives, development of new products, meetings with investment teams, and client support.
• Lead the prospecting process and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
• Enhance operational efficiency across the firm, including trading, by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.
• Develop tailored use-cases and compelling presentations to attract outside investment and expand our investor base.
• Respond to and manage inbound inquiries, delivering high-quality support and maintaining strong client relationships.
