This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency in marketing and sales enablement materials, preparing for industry conferences, and general product marketing.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, and a proactive and analytical mindset to support our growing marketing and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and content management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client-facing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, factsheets, emails, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Investment and Compliance Teams to develop compelling pitchbooks and client presentations.
• Proactive partnership with legal/compliance; utilizing a working knowledge of the SEC Marketing Rule to ensure alignment, consistency and regulatory adherence.
• Prepare and distribute performance materials for investors; managing the update cycles.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all marketing assets.
• Monitor media coverage and maintain press lists for targeted outreach, as needed.

The salary range for this role will be between $125,000 and $200,000 per year.

This position is onsite located in New York, NY.
