Job summary

State Street is seeking an Internal Communications Consultant, VP, to serve as a strategic advisor for corporate functions. You will translate priorities into clear messaging and execute content across intranet, email, blogs, videos and more.

You will partner with senior leaders, shape narratives, and support leadership communications and employee engagement moments across enterprise campaigns.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Psychology, or related field.
• Solid understanding of corporate and employee communications.
• Knowledge of financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic communications consultant to corporate functions and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute integrated internal communications plans and campaigns.
• Write, edit and deliver clear content for leaders and channels.
• Partner with senior leaders to clarify objectives and shape narratives.
• Support leadership communications and employee engagement moments.
• Collaborate with Global Corporate Communications to ensure message consistency.
