Job summary

Tradeweb seeks a Vice President, Internal Communications to lead employee communications from our New York HQ. You will shape messaging, partner with senior leaders, and drive a strategic calendar across regions, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

The role requires 6+ years in internal communications within financial services or regulated sectors, and a proven ability to craft clear, engaging content while collaborating with HR, Legal, and Risk. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressively responsible communications experience, with a strong focus on internal or employee communications.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting communications for a large, complex or geographically dispersed organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compose and distribute clear, concise and engaging employee communications aligned with a consistent company tone and style.
• Advise senior leaders directly on messaging and framing as appropriate.
• Contribute to an integrated internal communications editorial calendar across channels.
• Identify opportunities and tailor content, channels, timing and formats to address employee needs.
• Develop presentations and visual content that support clear, engaging communications.
• Support planning and delivery of employee events, including town halls and diversity programs.
• Explore approved AI tools and emerging technologies to improve reach and engagement.
• Partner with stakeholders across Tradeweb’s business lines to support communications for initiatives.
• Build analytics and reporting across internal communications channels.
