JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead internal communications for SRI, shaping how colleagues understand objectives, progress, and impact. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure a consistent, engaging voice across the firm.

The role requires guiding senior leaders, crafting high-quality content, and driving measurement to improve outcomes, while aligning with firm-wide priorities and governance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in corporate or internal communications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute internal comms plans for complex initiatives.
• Exceptional writing and editing across formats (leadership messages, emails, FAQs, explainers).
• Experience managing content workflows and approvals in regulated environments.
• Strong PM skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Analytical approach using metrics to improve communications.

Aufgaben

• Lead internal communications strategy for SRI with a unified voice across channels.
• Counsel SRI leadership on messaging, narratives, and employee engagement.
• Draft and oversee leadership messages, announcements, FAQs, newsletters, and event materials.
• Develop stories highlighting progress, achievements, and people behind the work.
• Own content workflow: drafts, edits, approvals, and publishing across Teams, intranet, video, signage, events.
• Plan employee engagement moments with executives (town halls, all-hands, site visits).
• Support intranet content management, governance, and navigation improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and external comms to align internal/external narratives.
• Establish measurements for awareness and engagement to sharpen strategy.
• Build relationships across the firm to enable coordinated storytelling.
