Job summary

LPL Financial in the United States is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead the Intelligent Data Layer. You will own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for reusable data products and semantic models that power AI across the firm.

You will guide a team of product managers, collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, and ensure end-to-end value from source data to AI application.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including enterprise data products and AI capabilities.
• Experience leading product teams across engineering, data science, and business units.
• Experience deploying data or retrieval products in production with multiple consumers.
• Knowledge of semantic modeling, knowledge graphs, RAG, and AI evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage Intelligent Data Layer product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and investments.
• Lead lifecycle management of reusable data products for AI applications.
• Establish semantic-layer capabilities translating business definitions into data models.
• Lead knowledge and retrieval capabilities, including enterprise search and graphs.
• Partner with AI teams to deliver end-to-end use cases from data to application consumption.
• Own product requirements for accuracy, freshness, access, traceability, reliability.
• Set governance models and measure adoption, quality, and cost.
