Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Integrated Solutions Delivery projects. The VP ISD Projects will drive on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety, energy savings, client experience, and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex capital projects in energy infrastructure or large-scale construction.
• Leadership of $50M+ projects through full lifecycle (design to closeout).
• Proven ability to align execution with contractual requirements, safety, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ENFRA’s Integrated Solutions Delivery projects across safety, energy savings, client experience, and shareholder outcomes.
• Own and drive the Project Execution Plan, schedule, risk, and commercial alignment from Development to Delivery.
• Ensure rigorous safety programs across all contractors and field teams, including critical lifts, shutdowns, and commissioning.
• Partner with M&V, Engineering, Legal, SCM and other functions to maintain project controls, budgeting, and cash management.
