Overview

The Vice President, Integrated Strategy is the architect of integrated creator strategy and the strategic client lead across fourteen LUXE brands, leading a team of mid-level Integrated Strategists dedicated to each brand pod. This role sits at the center of brand, creator, creative, and data — owning end-to-end creator strategy and ensuring every initiative is guided by audience insight, measurable business impact, and cultural resonance.

Internally, this person partners with the SVP, Division Lead to build and evolve brand-level influencer strategies. Externally, they're a trusted strategic advisor to senior Client Brand Lead(s) and L'Oréal Divisional Leadership, driving efficiency and maximizing value from Paid Creator and the broader Advocacy & Influence (A&I) ecosystem. They lead A&I planning, guide execution, and ensure programs deliver against both business goals and influence outcomes — bringing together brand vision, creator strategy, creative, and reporting into one coherent point of view.
