Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD seeks a Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation to lead the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation, directing the Registrar and Accreditation teams while aligning data strategy with the Provost's priorities.

The role requires a doctoral degree and extensive higher education experience in accreditation, registrar operations, and data governance.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree from an accredited university in education, business, public administration, or related field.
• Seven years of administrative experience in higher education with accreditation/registrar/assessment expertise.
• Thorough knowledge of student registration, record maintenance, and graduation requirements.
• Experience with complex Student Information Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Ellucian Banner, Workday Student).

Mansioni

• Direct operations of the Registrar and Accreditation and Assessment offices.
• Oversee accreditation activities, self-studies, and compliance.
• Advise deans and department chairs on programmatic accreditation matters.
• Ensure institutional reporting for IPEDS and MSCHE.
