CLS is seeking a Vice President - UEBA Use Case Developer/Manager to join the Insider Threat Team in Iselin, NJ. You will lead development, integration, and improvement of UEBA capabilities across SIEM, EDR, DLP, and IAM systems while reporting to the Director of Insider Threat.

You will build baselines, monitor risk, drive investigations, and collaborate with legal, privacy, HR, and intelligence groups, delivering threat modelling and proactive risk reduction for the firm.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in information security roles (insider threat, investigations, IR, threat intel).
• Experience with insider threat detection tools and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Knowledge of risk management, incident response, and privacy considerations.
• Legal and regulatory awareness, including data protection.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience operating and tuning monitoring tools (UEBA, SIEM, EDR, DLP).
• On-site work in New Jersey at least twice weekly.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate UEBA with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, and IAM systems.
• Establish baselines for user behavior across identity, network, endpoint, apps.
• Monitor risk scores and tune detection; onboard new telemetry sources.
• Lead incident response and insider threat investigations with timelines.
• Manage playbooks and support investigations with preventative controls.
• Ensure privacy, legal, and HR alignment.
• Develop tools, standards, procedures for insider threat program.
• Research advanced detection tools and threat intelligence.
• Drive continuous improvement with lessons learned and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address insider risks.
• Contribute to investigations and reports for executives.
• Work with intelligence team on threat modelling deliverables.
