Texas Capital is seeking a seasoned insider risk professional to lead policy development and risk investigations within a collaborative security team. You will monitor user activity with UEBA, lead investigations, and advise on mitigations for the bank's exposure to insider threats.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional communication, and the ability to translate complex findings for executives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and mature insider risk policies and controls.
• Monitor user behavior with UEBA to identify risk patterns.
• Lead investigations of insider risk incidents with evidence collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Corporate Security, Technology, and leadership.
• Provide risk assessment and advisory to business units on exposures and mitigations.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards demonstrating program effectiveness.
• Design training and awareness initiatives to promote security culture.
• Maintain documentation for records management and legal holds.
