Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPCU preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial property, P&C lines, with a strong Inland Marine focus.
• Progressive leadership experience, including managing underwriting teams.
• Deep technical understanding of Inland Marine risks, products, underwriting, and claims.
• Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inland Marine division to deliver profitable growth and strong customer value.
• Oversee underwriting of Inland Marine products and portfolio management standards.
• Set underwriting guidelines and pricing parameters in line with objectives and regulatory requirements.
