Questpro Consultants LLC seeks a Senior Vice President to lead its national Inland Marine underwriting unit. You will own the unit's strategy, financial plan, and underwriting results while managing a team of underwriters and assistants across regional offices.

You will drive premium growth and profitability, recruit top talent, and collaborate with Wholesale/ Retail producers, actuarial, and claims to refine pricing and strategy amid market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of underwriting experience, inland marine preferred.
• Proven leadership of underwriting teams across multiple offices.
• Strong command of KPIs, portfolio management, and pricing strategy.
