CBIZ Benefits & Insurance is separating from CBIZ and creating a secure, resilient technology foundation. The VP of Infrastructure and Security Operations will own cloud infrastructure, network, and end-user computing, including service desk and security operations.

The role emphasizes automation and AI to cut costs while protecting sensitive data. You will lead the carve-out, manage TSAs, and build a nimble team leveraging MSPs and MSSPs with strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, and security operations at senior level.
• Experience with carve-out, divestiture, or TSA-based separation.
• Experience selecting and managing MSP/MSSP services and teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing zero trust environments and AI-enabled cost reduction.

Responsabilités

• Set strategy for infrastructure and security aligned with CIO vision.
• Define standards for cloud, network, end-user computing, and telecom.
• Lead separation from CBIZ and manage TSAs with exit criteria.
• Build and manage a service desk, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and administration of IT systems using ITIL practices.
• Manage contact center and telephony infrastructure (Genesys).
• Enable safe AI adoption with data governance and controls.
• Lead MSP/MSSP relationships and offshore/onshore teams.
