Job summary

BNY seeks a Vice President, Cloud Security Engineer to lead security across AWS, Azure, and GCP in New York. You’ll drive secure-by-design deployment, embed policy-as-code, and advance CSPM maturity while integrating security into CI/CD and container environments.

You will partner with engineering and governance to promote AI-enabled security, implement automation, and align controls with NIST CSF and enterprise standards. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic security team.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of cloud security engineering or related security role.
• Experience enabling AI for cloud security and promoting AI use cases.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP and securing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve cloud security controls across cloud environments.
• Promote AI-enabled security use cases to improve outcomes.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and IaC workflows.
• Secure container, Kubernetes, API, and cloud-native workloads.
• Mature CSPM capabilities and reduce misconfigurations and drift.
• Collaborate with engineering and governance to adopt standards.
