Job summary

Preferred Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and manage scalable Azure infrastructure and security frameworks. You will lead strategic technology initiatives, drive automation via IaC, and mentor engineering teams to align with business goals.

In this role you will advance CI/CD pipelines, partner with Security and Compliance, and evaluate new AI-enabled automation tools to optimize insurance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Azure Architect Expert certification required; Azure Admin Associate preferred.
• 5+ years in senior infrastructure roles with enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud strategy and architecture across Azure environment.
• Design scalable, secure infrastructure and automate deployments.
• mentor IT teams and drive DevSecOps practices.
• Partner with security/compliance to meet insurance industry standards.
• Evaluate emerging tools and run POCs for automation initiatives.
