Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience overseeing a large-scale data center.
• Strong collaboration to align technology with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure with strategic priorities.
• Define and execute Uline’s infrastructure strategy to support growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning balancing resiliency, performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with accountability and succession planning.
