Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure to shape the technology backbone powering North America operations. You will define strategy, oversee infrastructure across data centers, cloud, network, and end-user environments, and partner with the CIO and business leaders to enable growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success.
• Define and execute Uline’s technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance and cost effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning and continuous improvement.
