Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience.
• Strong background in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced financial modeling and products knowledge (loans, bonds, rates, structured products).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and teamwork.
• Ability to juggle long-term deals with busy day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings, and equity and debt advisory, focusing primarily on Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure in the US.
• Structure, negotiate contracts, conduct due diligence, and manage consultants.
• Oversee development of financial models.
• Lead credit risk and internal approval processes.
• Assist product teams in structuring hedging products.
• Develop client relationships and pitch for new engagements.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities.
