Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks a Vice President for the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team. You will originate, structure and execute transactions, focusing on Power/Energy and Digital Infrastructure in the Americas.

You will lead deal execution, financial modeling, due diligence and client relationships, coordinating with coverage, DCM, and derivatives teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of project/infrastructure finance experience.
• Experience with infrastructure finance transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Candidate has existing infrastructure client and investor relationships and knowledge of the infrastructure industry and markets.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial products including bank loans, bonds, rates, and structured products.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates deal team needs.
• Willingness to work hard and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings, and equity and debt advisory, focusing primarily on transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure in the US.
• Responsibilities will include structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, consultant management and leading credit ratings processes
• Oversee the development of financial models
• Lead credit risk and other internal approval processes
• Assist product teams in structuring hedging products
• Work with coverage and relationship bankers to pitch for new engagements and develop client relationships.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities
