Job summary

Providence Development Services seeks a senior leader to own the integrated energy, fuel and utility strategy for large industrial campuses. You will resolve technical and commercial interfaces with engineers, suppliers and developers, while building the owner's energy team.

Initially reporting to the President, with planned progression to Chief Development Officer. Location is US-based with frequent project visits to North Alabama and coordination with the Carmel, Indiana leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of energy/utility infra experience.
• Experience leading major power or utilities delivery.
• Ability to meet travel and work-location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish the energy & utility basis with independent technical advisers.
• Challenge capacity, reliability, fuel availability and phasing assumptions.
• Lead supplier and infrastructure-partner evaluations and interface negotiations.
• Coordinate onsite generation, storage, grid options and utility delivery schedules.
• Translate technical alternatives into cost, schedule and development decisions.
• Build the specialist team and oversee generation work during early mobilization.
