Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years in financial services.
• Willingness to travel domestically, including extended periods.
• Self-starter with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; leverage technology for efficiency.
• Proactive follow-up and accountability on tasks from start to finish.
• Ability to collaborate with staff at all levels and multi-task, leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and lead the execution of large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Conduct high-level analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop understanding of current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and build consensus for change.
• Establish and lead strategic working groups across multiple departments.
• Provide strategic oversight and continuous feedback on project status with innovative solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions with detailed project plans and documentation.
• Serve as a key escalation point ensuring alignment and impact across teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, diverse work environment and promote collaboration.
• Execute other strategic duties and special projects as needed.
