Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Vice President, Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of Receivables Finance, Supply Chain solutions, and core Trade products. You will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to align delivery with objectives and drive revenue realization.

The role requires cross-functional delivery experience, including technical integration, project management, and client support across markets.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Global Trade Solutions (GTS) products and services.
Demonstrable experience in technical integration and project management.
Excellent time management, planning and organizational capabilities.
Ability to mobilize internal teams to diagnose and resolve client issues quickly.
High levels of commercial awareness across markets.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery and scoping; facilitate sessions and translate requirements into implementation strategies.
Define and document implementation plans and create Scope Documents and Project Plans.
Drive governance; ensure scope is understood and agreed with client and project team.
Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions; improve delivery efficiency.
Maintain momentum from deal to go-live by coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
