Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Vice President, HR Strategy & Partnerships based in Franklin, TN, in-office at the corporate headquarters. Leads enterprise HR strategy, governance, and partnerships with executive, operational, and clinical leaders to enhance workforce effectiveness and organizational capability.

Responsibilities include developing workforce strategies, leading HRBP functions, and collaborating with COEs to drive culture, engagement, succession planning, and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 12-15 years of HR/OD/Business Admin experience required
• Healthcare industry experience supporting clinical/operational environments required
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives required
• 7-9 years of leadership developing enterprise HR strategies or leading HRBP org preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes enterprise human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Leads HR Director and HRBP functions to support performance and effectiveness
• Partners with executives to identify workforce needs and develop HR strategies
• Establishes enterprise HR governance and metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Collaborates to modernize and improve HR programs, processes, and technologies
• Provides strategic leadership for employee experience initiatives and culture
• Develops HRBP capabilities through coaching and succession planning
• Collaborates on workforce planning, budgeting, and productivity initiatives
• Represents HR in executive discussions on workforce strategy and change
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated HR services
• Monitors workforce trends and HR innovations to drive improvement
• Performs other duties and ensures attendance and policy compliance
