Demonstrated leadership in retention, engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.

Serve as senior HR advisor to Group President and operations leaders, translating priorities into people strategies.
Own retention, engagement, and culture initiatives across assigned markets and facilities.
Lead talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
Develop workforce plans aligning staffing with operational needs and growth.
Provide HR leadership and governance across employee relations, performance, and change management.
