Job summary

Summit Healthcare Mgmt in Franklin, TN, seeks a Group Vice President - Human Resources to lead the HR strategy for the division and serve as a strategic partner to the Group President and senior operations leadership.

You will drive employee retention, engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness across markets and facilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and employment requirements. This onsite role requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Five+ years of senior HR leadership experience in healthcare.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HR leadership and strategic partnership to the Group President and senior operations leadership.
• Lead retention, engagement, and talent development across markets and facilities.
• Develop workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and succession planning.
• Align HR initiatives with enterprise strategy and employment requirements.
• Travel to assigned facilities as needed.
