Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with leadership at director/VP level.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience building scalable people functions and training programs.
• Strong knowledge of DEI, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• SLT Membership: partner with the President to align objectives and develop leadership.
• Talent Acquisition and Retention: recruit and retain talent with a strong pipeline.
• Culture: drive an engaging, inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Compensation and Benefits: oversee rewards and transparency of programs.
• Talent & Organizational Development: implement performance management and development tools.
• Employee Relations: provide coaching and advisory support to leaders.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: promote DEI goals across the organization.
• HR Operations: optimize HR systems and self-service to increase efficiency.
• EHS: ensure compliance and safety while supporting production goals.
• KPIs: define and track HR/EHS metrics with actionable countermeasures.
