Ladders, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas to lead regional HR strategy and execution across the Americas in a large, matrixed industrial environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources - Americas to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This leader will oversee regional HR strategy and execution across the Americas, supporting a large and diverse employee population in a highly matrixed industrial environment. The role will partner closely with regional business leadership to strengthen workforce effectiveness, operational consistency, and organizational performance. It will also shape the regional HR operating model while ensuring alignment with global priorities, compliance standards, and day-to-day HR operations.

Location: Chicago, IL

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually
