Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership.
• Proven P&L across multiple assets.
• Strong knowledge of major hotel brand standards or independent hotels.
• Experience developing General Managers and leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight to General Managers across 10 properties.
• Drive portfolio-wide revenue growth, cost discipline, and EBITDA performance.
• Review annual budgets and capital expenditure plans for each property.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, and HR to optimize performance.
• Champion quality assurance and brand inspection readiness.
