Job summary

Based in Denver, the role drives growth through data-driven insights, proformas, and quarterly plans, reporting to the President. MBA is preferred but not required for the right executive.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads for new Hotel Management Contracts in strategic markets.
• Negotiate and secure management contracts from lead generation to signing of the HMA.
• Prepare customized proposals using Deck presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, owners, PE groups, brand executives, brokers, and professionals.
• Prepare proformas and ROI analyses; develop quarterly growth plans and budgets.
• Attend strategic hospitality industry events and support related duties.
