Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of upscale properties. This role reports to the executive team and defines policies to align operations with the company vision, culture and growth objectives.

You will drive performance across hotels, manage expenses, and represent the organization in communities and media. The position requires extensive travel, strategic leadership, and the ability to build strong, capable teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership in hotel operations and business management.
• Strong sales mindset with budgeting and financial analysis expertise.
• Ability to travel extensively and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
