Rockbridge Holdings, LLC is seeking a Vice President – Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of hotels, driving value through strategic investment execution and operating oversight. The role interfaces with hotel management partners to manage capital programs and maximize NOI.

The VP will visit properties, coordinate with management, and contribute to multi-period business plans and capital plans, ensuring alignment with investment goals and profitability across the portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Identify value enhancement opportunities within the portfolio and provide input to internal reports to the CEO and senior leaders.
• Analyze hotel operations, business plans, capital investments, sales & marketing plans and strategic alternatives using financial modeling.
