Stonebridge Companies seeks a Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations to guide a portfolio of New York hotels with strategic and operational excellence. You will drive financial performance, uphold brand standards, and lead property leadership to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences across assets.

Partnering with ownership groups, asset managers, and executive teams, you will review performance, develop talent, and implement improvement plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-property or regional oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Independent hotel experience preferred; full-service hotel experience required.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational performance for a portfolio of hotels and achieve financial and service goals.
• Lead and support General Managers and regional leaders, driving accountability and development.
• Partner with ownership groups and asset managers to review performance and maximize asset value.
• Monitor RevPAR, NOI, guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and market performance; implement action plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to drive topline revenue.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, management agreements, and company policies.
• Support new openings, renovations, conversions, and repositioning efforts within the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost control.
• Present to owners, participate in business development, and build stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct property visits to coach leadership teams and ensure accountability.
