Stonebridge Companies in New York, NY is seeking a Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of hotels. You will drive financial performance, operational consistency, and alignment with brand standards, partnering with ownership and asset managers to maximize value.

You will lead General Managers and regional leaders, ensuring accountability, coaching high-performing teams, and delivering guest experiences across all assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience across multi-property, full-service hotel portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management, forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and executive presence to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance for a portfolio of hotels with financial, service, and operational goals.
• Lead General Managers and regional leaders; drive accountability and development.
• Partner with owners and asset managers to maximize asset value and performance.
• Monitor RevPAR, NOI, guest satisfaction, labor efficiency and market performance; implement action plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to drive topline revenue.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, management agreements, and company policies.
• Support new openings, renovations, and repositioning within the portfolio.
• Travel frequently to assess performance, coach leaders, and promote accountability.
• Engage with brand partners, vendors, and stakeholders to grow the portfolio.
