Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in large-scale Operations management roles, with mortgage servicing or escrow exposure.

• Ability to influence goals and implement future-state visions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing industry leaders.
• Proven capability to lead through large-scale change with minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly escrow analysis statements and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Foster an environment of transparency, accountability, and motivation.
• Provide daily oversight and collaborate with product and statement teams on customer experience and controls.
• Interface with control partners and own audit/compliance results; manage capacity, headcount, and budgets.
• Handle escalations of customer complaints, tax sales, and related matters.
• Partner with leaders to develop customer-focused, controlled solutions to complex operational problems.
