Job summary

HearUSA, a global leader in hearing healthcare, seeks a dynamic Vice President, Hearing Centers to steer a nationwide network of centers and a large leadership team. This executive will drive growth, elevate patient care, and optimize performance across the organization.

You will partner across Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to shape strategy, lead change, and build scalable operating models while mentoring leaders to achieve ambitious benchmarks and ensure exceptional care

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-unit sales leadership experience in healthcare retail or large-scale store networks.
• Proven success delivering revenue growth and operating excellence.
• Experience developing high-performing leaders and management teams.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L oversight and analytics-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales and operational strategies to hit revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Inspire and lead a field leadership organization across National Directors and District Managers.
• Build scalable operating models, performance frameworks, and coaching programs for consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Operations and L&D to optimize performance and patient care.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities, boost center performance, and accelerate goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top leaders to sustain high-performing teams.
