Radiology Partners seeks a Director of Public Relations & Media Strategy to lead PR for RPCS and Mosaic, shaping narratives and calendars, and partnering with leadership to surface critical developments. You will translate complex medical and AI topics for national business press and healthcare trade outlets.
The role is senior, with a focus on strategy, messaging, and relationship-building across brands and geographies, including crisis management and executive communications.
RP Clinical Services (RPCS) and Mosaic Clinical Technologies (Mosaic) tell distinct but connected stories: RPCS speaks to physicians, health systems, and the practices that deliver patient care every day, while Mosaic is a fast growing health technology company redefining medical imaging by shifting radiology from reactive diagnostics to proactive, predictive care.
The Director, Public Relations and Media Strategy leads the day-to-day public relations and earned media strategy for both companies, maintaining the integrity of each narrative while understanding where they intersect and when they should remain separate. This is a senior individual-contributor and building role that creates the operating cadence, relationships, and processes needed to surface important developments early and translate complex clinical, operational, and technology priorities into credible external narratives. The Director also directs agency, freelance, and monitoring support to extend the capacity of the function..
The salary range for this position is $135,000-$145,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
