Aon seeks an innovative Health Analytics Solution Development AVP-VP to lead client delivery of analytics solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities and scalable platforms. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in health analytics, strong communication, and proven ability to mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing or related experience in health or benefits analytics with proven delivery and innovation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with national initiatives, products, model and tool development preferred.
• Ability to identify and advance AI-enabled analytics use cases for scalable client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of analytics solutions and AI-enabled capabilities for clients.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve insights, delivery, scalability and differentiation.
• Manage advanced analytics client pilot projects ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Present analytics capabilities and market trends at events, internally and externally.
• Develop consulting and sales materials; lead trainings and resource allocations.
• Improve processes for client analytics delivery and onboarding, including automation.
• Collaborate with clients, legal, marketing and industry experts to align solutions.
• Stay current on trends and vendor capabilities; propose enhancements to capabilities.
• Oversee iterative development: sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews; manage tasks.
