Job summary

Aon is seeking an innovative Health Analytics Solution Development AVP-VP to lead client delivery of analytics solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities and scalable platforms.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering market-leading analytics for health and benefits clients. This hybrid position allows virtual work and/or offices in Atlanta or Chicago, with flexibility for other locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing or related health/benefits analytics work with a proven delivery track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience on national initiatives, product/model/tool development preferred.
• Ability to identify and advance AI-enabled analytics use cases for scalable solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client delivery of innovative analytics solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analytics engineers, actuaries, and consultants.
• Oversee solution development, pilot projects, and timely client delivery.
• Develop consulting and sales materials; lead national trainings and resources.
• Improve analytics delivery processes, automation, and reporting for clients.
• Mentor junior colleagues and align stakeholders across teams.
