Hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually and from Atlanta or Chicago offices, with openness to other locations. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of client-facing or related health analytics experience.
• Experience with actuarial and underwriting work is a plus.
• Proven ability to mentor junior colleagues and manage analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of innovative analytics solutions for clients.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve insights, delivery, and scalability.
• Oversee client pilot projects and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Develop sales and training materials and present analytics capabilities at events.
